Infant Feeding Support.

I’ve met lots of families who would like to breastfeed but have stopped because of feeding difficulties. If that’s you, I can help! We’ll work together to identify what might be causing your baby to struggle and an intervention plan that will make breastfeeding easier for you both.

Ready to wean? I’ll be there to champion you too!

Babies don’t always take to breast or bottle feeding how we expect them to, especially if structural, sensory, or environmental factors get in the way. During our time together, I will be looking at:

  • Baby’s physiological stability
  • Baby’s state control
  • Family feeding technique, timing, and positioning
  • Signs of reflux and GI discomfort
  • Baby’s muscle tone and coordination
  • Signs of oral restriction, including tongue tie
  • Baby’s reflexes and overall development

Once I complete my assessment, we’ll work together to identify an intervention plan that works for your family. This could include adapting new techniques or tools, therapy, and/or referral to a relevant specialist.

Whether you breastfeed, pump, or bottle feed, you are doing great! Fed is best.

How it works.
